The National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse (NDDIC) is pleased
to announce several new and updated patient education and professional resource

who have celiac disease and their families, this fact sheet explains
the disease and its symptoms, diagnosis, complications, and treatment,
as well as risk factors for family members. Included is a detailed chart
of the foods that are allowed on the gluten-free diet and those that
are not.

available soon. Health care professionals are encouraged to order one
folder of the masters and to photocopy and distribute the fact sheets
as needed.
