How to Place an Order
Fill out an order form, indicating the publication numbers, titles, and quantities desired. Mail with payment or credit card information, if necessary, to the NDDIC:

The online publications catalog is available for ordering NDDIC materials 24 hours a day. This secure e-commerce site processes credit cards for bulk orders quickly and easily. Please see www.catalog.niddk.nih.gov.
Orders may be faxed to the NDDIC. Requests should include the publication numbers, titles, and quantities desired. Please do not mail a confirmation copy of your fax or online order. You will be responsible for the cost of duplicate shipment.
NDDIC phone lines are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Methods of Payment
Up to ten copies of most publications are free. All bulk orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars in the form of a check, money order, purchase order, or credit card. If you have ordered from us before, please include your customer ID number, if available.
Purchase orders may be mailed or faxed to the NDDIC. Purchase orders are not accepted by phone or online. For purchase orders of more than $250, payment is required at the time the order is placed.
Large Bulk Orders
The NIDDK Clearinghouses may be unable to accommodate large bulk orders of certain items. We may, however, be able to provide a CD formatted for use by a commercial printer so you can have your own supply printed. Please contact the Clearinghouse for more information.
Shipping fees are included in the price of all materials. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for delivery.
Foreign Mailing Policy
The NDDIC is only able to mail its publications to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. Most of these materials can be found at http://www.digestive.niddk.nih.gov.
To inquire about the status of an order, please call the Clearinghouse. Give your name, date of order, and other contact information to help track the order. If you already have a request or customer ID number, please have this information ready to facilitate the process.
